Bank robbery suspect sought

On August 29, 2013, at approximately 9:39 AM a white male approached the Union First Market Bank counter located inside the Martin’s grocery store in the 9600 block of  W. Broad Street.  The man passed a note to the teller indicating he had a weapon. He is described as a white male, 5’6”-5’8” tall, thin to medium build, brown hair, glasses, wearing a tan jacket and khaki pants.  He was last seen on foot, headed towards Pemberton Road with an undisclosed amount of money.  No one at the scene was injured.

Henrico County Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the subject responsible for this crime.  Anyone with information regarding this offense is asked to contact Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip.  Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
